FAQ

  1. Q)  Will my mail be deleted by the new Anti-Spam utility?
    A)  No - As of right now, there will not be any email deleted by the server, only the subject lines will be tagged so you can set up your own filters. In the future, we may decide to start deleting only extremely high scoring SPAM email.
  2. Q)  Can I be excluded from this Anti-Spam program?
    A)  Yes - please email us and let us know your email you wanted excluded.
  3. Q)  What if I just click the unsubscribe link?
    A)  You should never click the unsubscribe link on a Spam email unless you signed up for the email in the first place.  This is just telling them you are reading their email and you may start getting more.
  4. Q)  What determines whether an email is tagged or not?
    A)  Email is scanned and scored as it enters the server.  If the score meets the required number, the subject line is tagged as SPAM.
  5. Q)  Why is some Spam still getting through not tagged?
    A)  Not all Spam emails will be tagged because of the scoring system.  If an email doesn't meet the required number of points to be tagged, it won't be tagged.
