DSL Conversion:Affordable DSL with Current Iquest and LightBound Customers may qualify for a price match. We guarantee we will do our best to maintain your existing equipment and your current price. First, fill out this document provided by AT&T, and email it to us using this email link. Second, include a copy of your last bill AND third, send along the model of your DSL modem (also your routers model number if you have both router and modem). We will need all 3 items to qualify your for price matching. A low one time conversion charge of $19.95 may apply. Once we recieve the 3 items from above, we should be able to make the conversion in a few business days, over the phone and at your convenience. Once we have the conversion scheduled, we will contact you with your new username and password. If you require assitance, our service department will guide you through this simple process. Please have your existing router usernmae and password handy when contacting our service department.
